Our club offers a great venue for your next event. With access to the entire first floor level and use of the kitchen, you can host your event exactly how you envision it.

Our sound system and the ability to bring your own entertainment make it easy to create the perfect atmosphere. Our bar staff will take care of your alcohol needs for the evening, and with a caterer available for meals, everything is taken care of. Plus, at an affordable hire fee and the potential for a refund if bar revenue exceeds $2,500, it’s a great value.

Standard Hireage conditions

  • You can arrange for access to the clubroom on the day of your hire at a mutually convenient time. The bar can be opened for you at a time of your choosing from 2 pm on Saturdays (3pm on Sundays) or from 6pm on Mondays to Thursdays (5pm on Fridays). The bar closes at 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 6.30pm on Sundays. You can apply for a special license if you want to extend the opening hours, and we can help you with the application process.
  • The hire fee includes access to the entire first floor level, including the kitchen, and 2 bar staff for the evening if alcohol is being served. The bar staff will lock up the venue at midnight. You can also request clubroom access the following morning for cleaning.
  • If you would like meals provided at your event, we have a caterer available to discuss options with you at an additional cost. A buffet or platter menu can be planned to suit your needs.
  • The clubroom hire fee is $200 (including GST) and will be refunded if bar revenue from your function exceeds $2,500. A commercial cleaning fee of $150 is required, and you are responsible for removing all decorations and leaving the venue reasonably tidy. A $150 bond is also required upfront, which will be returned if there are no damages or breakages. If the bar is opened, there is an additional fee of $150 for the two bar staff, and no BYO is allowed.
  • The club has a radio and amplifier sound system available for use, and you can make arrangements for a band, DJ, or karaoke if you prefer. However, noise levels must not disturb our residential neighbors.
  • You should make your own arrangements for security at the venue.
  • The venue provides toilets with soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products. Mops, brooms, and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use. You can rearrange the furniture and decorate the room as you see fit, but all three fire exits must remain clear at all times. All decorations, including pins and staples, must be cleanly removed without causing damage to the ceiling, walls, or display frames.
